Shipping policy

We do everything we can to deliver your package as fast as possible.

Please allow processing time of: 1-3 business days, Deliveries take on average 2-10 business days and in rare cases 15 business days.

Although it normally takes 2 days after processing time.

WE DELIVER HAND MADE AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS, EACH PRODUCT HAS IT’S OWN CREATION TIME. 

IN ANY CASE- THE PERCISE INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY TIMES IS IN THE PRODUCT PAGE OF EACH PRODUCT.

PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT PAGE FOR MOST ACCURACY. 

If a shipping time frame is stated in connection with an order, this is an estimate only, is contingent upon credit card approval, and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization. There may be occasional delays beyond the stated order processing time. These shipping terms are accepted by you by placing an order with us.

Questions regarding our warranty and return policies should be addressed via e-mail to castandcatchh.com. These policies set forth your sole and exclusive rights with respect to return of products and services that you may purchase through our website.

 

ALL PRINTED PRODUCTS

All our products are uniquely and originally designed with the option of personalization, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges ARE NOT supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

And for this reason, you should check the information provided with the description of the particular product.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the contact information above and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you.

Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
  • Products that were received as requested; however, you wish to have another size/color instead
  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1").

Please note that Cast and Catch will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Lost packages

In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both steps have been completed, please reach out to us. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.

 

Returning orders

In case an order is returning to our manufacturer facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can provide the option of either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.

Additional charges are determined by the manufacturer and may differ.

Typically, the reason for the return of the order will be mentioned in the tracking link. If the reason is unclear, please reach out to us, and we will look into the matter.

Bad odor

Please note that a faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.

 

ROD COLLECTION WARRANTY CLAIMS

Every hand- made custom rod is distinctive. Each blank is inspected and is oriented/spined based on the most beneficial flex point for each blank.

In the event of a defect in the blank or any of its components our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date your rod was delivered.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

Please send an email to shop@castandcatchh.com including the information below so that we can review your warranty claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. A picture of your damaged/defective product
  2. Your order number from our website.
  3. A picture of your receipt.
  4. A brief description of the issues that you are having with your product

If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please resubmit your claim.

Rod Warranty

  • 30 Day Guarantee
    • If a rod is damaged due to a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days, we will replace it with proof of purchase.  Email a photo of the broken rod, a brief description of how the rod broke, and your order number to shop@castandcatchh.com.
  • 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty (Original Purchaser/Owner Only)
    • Within 1 year of purchase, we will replace any rods that snap due to a manufacturer’s defect under normal use.  
    • Email a photo of the broken rod, a brief description of how the rod broke, and your order number or a picture of your receipt to shop@castandcatchh.com.
    • $25 Shipping and handling fee.
    • This warranty does not cover the guides on the rod.
    • If your rod breaks based on an accident or a guide is broken, we will offer you 30% off a new rod purchased from our website.
    • Only 1 warranty available per rod.

 

GRAPHITE FLY ROD CASE AND ROD SOCK CASE 

Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SHIPPING FOR ROD CASES

Rod cases and rod socks are handmade products, this product may take up to 12 days of delivery, after 1-3 days of processing time.

GENERAL RETURNS

To return products, you must e-mail our customer service at: shop@castandcatchh.com before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an email from you. For faster service, please supply the following information: customer name, invoice or order number, SKU number, nature of the problem and a picture of the damaged product.

All returned products MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty and registration cards, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; we will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). You must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately.
